You need to fix your webcam/ app.

The staff have done an excellent job all the way from the desk to the playroom.

Everyone was very friendly, very comfortable around our dog. And the grooming was great.

I appreciated the tour of the facilities and all of the information provided. I’m still unclear as to why 24/7 video is not provided, even if the dogs are sleeping/in crates. If the capability is there, it should be provided to allow owners to check on their pets whenever they desire.

Professional/clean/friendly staff

I went in for a complimentary temperament check for our rowdy baby boy Butkus and everyone was so kind and so friendly to him and myself. They spoke to me regarding all my concerns, all the services they offer and wanted to get to know more about my baby and our family. There was no pressure to sign up although they did offer me a BOGO special which, I appreciated. My husband and I needed to discuss our plan for Butkus financially and in terms of a good schedule we could work with but I very much plan to sign up for some daily fun and eventually enrolled into regular visits.

Close to home. Our two little havapoos loved being at daycare our older dachshund even had fun. The staff is so good with the dogs ( and the humans! ) lol. Very clean and surprisingly no odor! Groomer was informative about the breed and how to care for them.

The staff was very focused on working with us to make the paperwork as easy as possible, and to provide a cut for my dog based off of my request.
