The convenience being able to drop off before work and extended evening hrs so those of us who work out of town don’t have to leave work early

Personnel were very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in handling the grooming of our dog. The groom looks very good, just what we were asking for.

They were very helpful in a pinch, even staying a little late so that we could complete the prereqs when another boarding business (PetSuites) screwed up our original reservation and kept our deposit without even telling us. The people at Dogtopia were so pleasant, friendly, and understanding and even told us about a discount they were running. We will definitely be using Dogtopia from now on and highly recommend them!

We are fairly new to Dogtopia. We have been going to a different doggie daycare for a few years. We loved the staff, but i am still a bit hung up on the bathroom policy and no outdoor space for the dogs to use the restroom. On top of that, i am a bit skeptical of the transition cage and my pup really does not seem to like it. I understand the transition, but seems there could be a less robotic, frightening way for dogs to be brought in with the group. My dog was also punished (the daycare attendant was attempting to put a restraint around his neck and assuming crate him – not sure what the plan was) for another dog getting in his grill during the transition phase which in my brain this should be the other way around?! If you need more in depth explanation, please let me know!

You did a really good job but we were only there for a meet and greet. Even though their was a mix up with our meet and greet schedule they still went ahead and quickly ensured we were able to do it which was great. They also answered all my questions which I appreciated. I rated it an 8 though as my pet was only there for maybe 30 minutes so I would like to have more experiences here prior to suggesting it to others.

Very friendly staff that really created a positive first experience for me and my sweet girl. She has adjusted so well here and is always super excited to go back and play all day! The extra services and steps they provide to ensure a safe, fun environment for these fur babies are truly amazing. They seem to go above and beyond and I trust them completely

Communication after I drop my dog was a little off. I dropped her at 9am and I asked to be called when she was ready but didn’t get a call to pick her up. I just went and pick her up at 12 and she was ready but nobody called me. They did call to ask what kind of haircut I wanted for her and that was great but that was all

The staff were friendly and I felt safe leaving my dog there.

Friendly, flexible, fun!

My dog likes the service first and foremost so I do as well. The front desk the placement and resting time is great for staff and my hound. Two days / week and the closeness to home are pleasing for me as well.
