Very flexible and understanding
My dog loves attending daycare at Dogtopia! The staff are amazing and always take the best care of my dog when she’s there. The building is very clean and doesn’t smell like a kennel. The staff are wonderful with my dog and keep me very well informed of how the day went for my dog. She loves seeing all the friendly faces there every week! I would highly recommend their services!!
I love the level of communication the entire staff demonstrates. Being a pet parent who works out of town, this helps me feel most comfortable.
I appreciate getting updates on how he stays adjusted. It seems everyone is familiar with Oakley and loves him like their own.
I like the convenience of the location, the friendly atmosphere of the staff, and the structure of how they separate the dogs by size. DogTopia is a good place to drop off your dog for exercise and socializing.
The staff upfront is always very nice, but they’re constantly changing. It would be great to have a name to connect with the face.
They do little promotions during the week, but they don’t promote them. There’s just a sign-up sheet on the counter, and if you don’t know what it is, you’re likely not to sign up.
And I think $10 for a computer printed picture is way too much. Up until the last one, they were always five dollars.
My dog definitely loves coming, and I know the staff is very good to her.

Their friendliness and professionalism are exemplary, and my “son,” Tito, consistently receives loving and attentive care. I am also particularly impressed by the thorough and proactive communication, whether providing updates, sending photos, or immediately reporting dog scuffles. The team’s genuine commitment to the dogs’ well-being is evident. Tito absolutely loves and looks forward to every day he spends at daycare! Thank you!
