Kind staff. Problem solve about dog issues and the managers are respectful and work to make dog owners happy.
The location is convenient; the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the facility is clean, nice.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was she was very thirsty after we left so I’m not sure how much water was available to her. Sort of bothered me.
Everyone is friendly and seems to genuinely care about our doggers! They know them by name and the dogs seem happy and not stressed when we pick them up.
Friendly and very caring employees
My dog loves going to Dogtopia and utilizing daycare services has become an essential part of our weekly routine. It has been a game changer in our dog’s happiness, since my partner and I work very long hours. The staff are great with the animals and seem to truly care about all of them.
My only complaint would be the aggressive sales approach. There have been weeks where I feel as if I am getting contacted multiple times about the same promotion both in person and via phone. Moreover, I feel as if when I do say no, the staff are frustrated with me. It has made me not want to engage as much with the staff, and my partner ends up taking and picking up our dog most of the time. While I appreciate and understand the need for business development, we are paying the maximum amount we can for our dog to attend. The cost of daycare is already a lot for us, and while we’d love to access more benefits, it’s just not realistic for us right now. We are young adults living paycheck to paycheck in this difficult economy.
The staff loves each of the dogs like they are their own. I never have any worries about if Charlie Girl is well taken care of and loved, because the staff proves it every single time. Even during medical emergency, they rose to the occasion to make sure my girl was safe and sound. They even go above and beyond to accommodate her special needs. I also appreciate that they will respond to any text messages with questions quickly and professionally.
Easy in and out. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. When I was in crisis in January they took awesome care of my fur baby!
I have noticed that many of the same employees are on site to help me and Molly. Such a good sign of good employment
