I find the new wellness plan makes planning our doggie daycare more challenging. My husband and I both travel for work, and we are fortunate to also be able to vacation several times a year. We don’t want to be constrained by having to count appointments over the course of a month, and like anyone, we don’t want to wind up paying for something we don’t use. Much preferred the old system.

Very friendly and professional. My dog was very happy when she came home from day at Dogtopia!

Staff is really good. Services including daycare and boarding always meet my needs

We definitely don’t like that discounted passes are no longer available and we don’t like the new system of locking into a certain number of days/week, even if it’s just one, and our checking account being debited weekly. Fortunately, we still have passes but once they run out, we’ll have to make decisions on what to do from there.

The staff is very friendly, nice and accomodating. We appreciate the way that our baby is treated.
