Logistics such as scheduling dropoff/pickup/level of accommodations were handled professionally and with evident kindness for our dog. It gave us peace of mind knowing that she was being well cared for and safe. Even though this was not her first stay at Dogtopia we did follow her on the webcam for an added bit of reassurance. It’s a nice feature for a concerned owner.
Flexibility, staff, activities for pets.
The only improvement I would say is to offer a bath before pickup as both pups were pretty dirty and the bedding smelled bad too but maybe that was my mistake for bringing it. The overall experience was great the pups had a lot of fun and they got treats all week with the events going on. Thank you
My pupper loves coming and being greeted by all the wonderful people who work there! I can tell how much he loves it by how excited he gets when we pull in. I love being able to watch him on the cameras and to be able to access people who work there easily if needed. (I try not to be the pushy dog mama though!) He absolutely LOVES coming to daycare!
I love how active your staff is with the pups and I love there is a calendar showing the daily activities.

You have themed days where you give treats to our dogs. You send texts to ask if it’s okay and how much the treats will cost.
