Friendly staff, easy to schedule appointments

My dog stayed for a week, and it would’ve been great to have had a general overview of how she did while there. When I watched on camera she looked like she was having a blast! But when I picked her up I was told there were issues that caused her to be in time out several times, and that some of the new staff didn’t know how to correct her behavior. Overall I am very happy with her care but I would love to know what the specific behavior problems were, how often, how they were handled, etc. She loves going to daycare and she always seems so happy there.

The staff is very friendly, and I my dog is happy when he arrives there, so I know he is taken care of.

Amazing staff! Seemless service that is also very personal because they know me and they know my dog! This is a caring, trustworthy place to leave my lovely sweet dog. I cannot recommend more highly. Very easy to work with and again, highly competent and values led staff.
