I like that someone comes to the car to pick up and drop off my dog.
I like how friendly all the people at Dogtopia are and that they know my dog.
The front staff are attentive and friendly. I never have to wait to drop my dog off and have a very minimal wait when picking up.
We like that you take care of the dogs and address their needs. You give dogs breaks when needed and don’t judge them when they’re having a rough day. You also do a great job of communicating with owners to let them know how things are going.

The staff is always engaged and educated. I know Luna is being taken care of. If the staff is friendly to me, I know they are being good to our pup! Totally worth every single penny. We don’t ho anywhere else.
It is the cleanest facility I have been to, and I have looked around at other facilities just due to price, but you get what you pay for. Cameras are a great addition; the staff is attentive and cares about each dog. If not for the staff, I would not have known my dog was not feeling well, so I am very grateful for their attentiveness and care for the animals.
Clean, friendly, accessible. My dog looks forward to his play time at Dogtopia. They have web cams so you can check up on your furry family and they have outdoor play space for nice weather play.
