Everyone is so friendly, helpful and smiling from the moment you walk in the front door. The facility always looks great, smells great and it shows pride in their “camp”. They make it very easy to schedule an appointment as well as to drop-off and pickup. We are fans of doggy daycare! Thank you to the team at Dogtopia.
You are well organized and have friendly staff. I think you take good care of the dogs. Your app is pretty good and I like that I can view the room.
My biggest complaint is how you charge for an overnight stay. Most people leave for a vacation in the morning time. I feel I shouldn’t have to pay an early drop off charge when I’m already paying for an overnight stay.
