We like that you take care of the dogs and address their needs. You give dogs breaks when needed and don’t judge them when they’re having a rough day. You also do a great job of communicating with owners to let them know how things are going.

Always friendly and knows my dog the second we walk in.

The staff is always engaged and educated. I know Luna is being taken care of. If the staff is friendly to me, I know they are being good to our pup! Totally worth every single penny. We don’t ho anywhere else.

It is the cleanest facility I have been to, and I have looked around at other facilities just due to price, but you get what you pay for. Cameras are a great addition; the staff is attentive and cares about each dog. If not for the staff, I would not have known my dog was not feeling well, so I am very grateful for their attentiveness and care for the animals.

Clean, friendly, accessible. My dog looks forward to his play time at Dogtopia. They have web cams so you can check up on your furry family and they have outdoor play space for nice weather play.

We’ve had a very good experience with Dogtopia in Overland Park. Our dog is always excited when she finds out she is going to Dogtopia. She has been going there for a number of years now. We have not had any bad experiences. I highly recommend it to other dog lovers and their dogs.

Very friendly and acknowledge and greet the dog and make him feel welcome.

The only opportunity – my dog was a bit smelly probably due to playing hard, but not sure if with weather conditions being too cold and no outside activity caused a heightened stink alert.

I trust the employees, if you don’t have trust you have nothing.
