I am very pleased with the staff at OP Dogtopia. Savannah always has a good experience.

I love how friendly the staff is, how clean the facility is, and I know my dog is safe and sound!

The only thing I don’t like is that a one night stay can be close to $100 and it would be nice if there was some break on that where maybe you just paid for daycare for one of the days?? It would be helpful.

My dog loves to go to Dogtopia, so that makes me happy. He needs to play with his friends. Sitting around at home – even with a big back yard – that’s too boring for him. I’m grateful he has a place to where he can get worn out and have a blast. I wish there wasn’t so much turnover – I feel like sometimes a new person doesn’t understand my dog. He is a service dog and his task is to “give hugs” when someone is stressed so new staff think he’s being aggressive when he is literally either asking to be physically hugged our trying to give a hug. That’s my only issue and I’m pretty sure most people don’t train their dogs to do stuff like this so basically go to Dogtopia – your dog will have fun.

Building is always very clean. The staff really goes out of their way to keep the puppies and adult dogs happy and playful.

We are so comfortable leaving our dog at Dogtopia for daycare and for boarding. The facilities are clean the staff has genuinely been friendly, we can check in on our dog via webcams and the app is very easy to use to schedule appointments or to exchange information.

The staff was beyond kind and showed a genuine interest in my dogs care.

The staff is always friendly. I can tell they love the dogs. I like that there is always a human in the play areas to supervise the dogs and tiddy up any accidents. The facility is always clean and there is no trace of “doggy odor”. I like the convenience of the Doptopia app for booking services, as well as the live cameras to check on my baby girl, Kimiko.
