Really like the people and service! š
We have a 4 month old puppy, Lulu, and the staff was was so incredibly warm and welcoming to her! Lulu burns her big puppy energy and comes home happy and exhausted, allowing us to have a nice dinner without the barking and nipping she did before she started going to Dogtopia.
Bianca is wonderful. She’s very caring, clearly understands and cars for my dog. And is a great groomer. Always listens to what i ask for and is meticulous.
The grooming with Bianca is always great!
I love how you all love my dogs. While they might whine when I drop them off, they are still wagging their tails. Everyone knows their names and seems genuinely happy to see them and greets them with smiles.
The one thing I wish was for the staff to wear name tags or have a photo walls with names! I am horrible with names! I also wish there was a supplies list of things you all need or want!
Easy scheduling, good value for services, grooming dine very well!

Super friendly staff that clearly knows and cares about my pet. I appreciate that enrolling as a member doesn’t include any fees and the general flexibility of the company. My dog is always so happy to come and afterwards is exhausted from playing all day!
