Meet the Team
Todd Minnis, Owner
Todd and Paula Minnis have always tried to match the number of pets in their family with their children. Two dogs and two cats with a soft heart for Golden Retrievers. Two girls and two boys to take care of them.
They are Texas Transplants who moved to Boulder three years ago and wanted to build a close community connection. They purchased the Fort Collins Dogtopia in February 2024 and the Lafayette Dogtopia in early 2025. With plans of opening an additional Dogtopia location in Longmont, they are excited to continue expanding the Dogtopia Family across Northern Colorado.
One fun fact is that they own Coyote Drive In located in downtown in Fort Worth, TX that they opened in 2013. Another way to be part of the community and also welcome dogs to the picture show!
Jordan Clark, General Manager
Jordan Clark has been with our Dogtopia team going on 3 years. Her time with us started out as a daycare room attendant and has evolved into managing this location. Her love for dogs doesn’t stop here; she has had dogs her whole life. Her current pup, Klaus, is her best friend and goes everywhere with her. She’s originally from Pheonix, Arizona, but has been here in Colorado almost 5 years with her husband and 3 children.
Jessica Showalter, Pet Parent Relationship Manager
Jessica has always had a love for dogs. She started at Dogtopia Lafayette in April of 2023 as a canine coach and is now the PPRM. One of her favorite parts of the job is how excited the Pet Parents get about the Event Calendar! While doing the events like photoshoots and art projects with the dogs is itself super fun, she also LOVES to see the parents get as excited as she is about the events! When not at work, she also enjoys spending time with her own pups!
