I love this place. The staff is efficient, kind and caring. The app is easy to use and I’ve always had a great experience with daycare, boarding and spa!
Love that I can see my dog when she’s there. I just wish the team members would interact with my dog more. I never see them doing anything with my dog like they claim to do.

On my dog’s 1st day there, when it was time to leave, the attendant had a hard time getting my dog on a leash and started dragging him by the halter he was wearing. He was too rough & scared my dog who cowered by the Exit door.
I was watching at the check-in desk & was horrified. I complained to Kia. The attendant was a blonde man. Kia refused to give me his name, saying that “it was policy not to give names.” In any event, she saw him on the screen and knows who he is.
