Great workers!

It was a pawsitive experience! Staff was extremely upbeat, helpful, and answered all questions. The place was immaculate! But most of all, our girl, Ali, had a great time! We were looking for a boarding facility near to our home and this is perfect!

Good caring staff. Diligent monitoring of play areas and effective screening for new dogs. Seems to be pretty clean. Need to require mandatory 6 mos fecal exam along w shot records. Smarty Paws requires a fecal exam and regardless I do it because of the exposure to other dogs. The floor is not quite as clean? As it was when the facility was new. Know staff clean it but maybe increase the frequency and or method of cleaning. (Clean her paws after visits( 14 large dogs seem to be at capacity. When or if it increases I would get concerned about space and cleanliness. Thanks for your consideration.

Clean facility, friendly, camera to watch playtime, somebody is walking through the facility all day

Everyone is friendly and takes great care of my 2 dogs when they are there. Whether they stay a few hours, 8 hours, or overnight, I feel comfortable knowing they are safe.
I also enjoy occasionally checking in on them through the webcams.

There was an ad for a free meet and greet that the staff knew nothing about and then I got charged for the first visit. People interviewed me on the phone the night before and then I had to answer the same questions when I dropped the dog off. Not only did they charge me the $19 they double charged me, I had already talked to the girl at drop off about what I wanted to purchase. I think the dog actually did have a good day, but everything else was unorganized and chaotic and I still have to call to straighten out the charges.

All of the services are awesome and staff members are fantastic!!

I like how personable they are! My pup LOVES going here.
