The staff are so friendly and really care about all the dogs in their facility. My dog had a bad experience at a different groomer when she was young so I was hesitant passing her over for daycare prior boarding but she came home so happy and even greeted the staff goodbye as she left. Ever since, I have felt happy and safe to leave my dog in their care whether it’s for daycare, grooming or boarding.
I wish there was a branch near the Bramalea city centre mall as there are a lot of dogs in the area that could benefit from Dogtopia. I don’t drive, so if it’s near the mall it’s near my place. This way I can drop off my pup more often. Right now we have to taxi it all the way to the other location which is pretty far from our place. 30min drive and $30-40 one way
We friendly staff and I usually go there for grooming. They do nice job every time.
