Very kind and caring staff! Upon picking Princey up from his boarding stay, the staff at LIC gave him a brand new adorable and warm sweater that fits his awkwardly shaped hound body perfectly! It was so generous and thoughtful. They took great care of him and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Princey can’t wait to go back!
The lovely people who take care of our dogs at Dogtopia LIC—especially Allyson, Crysta, and everyone else who works there and I don’t know everyone’s name. They are amazing!
We have experienced many daycares in different states and this place by far is the most caring and considerate place we have ever been to. They will genuinely take care of your dogs like theyre their own and go beyond to make sure all dogs are safe. This is definitely all due to the staff who works at the LIC dogtopia. Awesome team, Garren and Anna attended to my dog Tank on Saturday and it was a joy working with them. The whole staff is amazing, I felt very comfortable leaving Tank and look forward to using your services. You have a wonderful team… everyone deserves a special shoutout. I recently fostered my dog and decided to keep him. I would not have felt as comfortable doing so if it wasnt for the entire staff.
I love the staff. My doggo has major anxiety and after a year of attending Dogtopia, he now races in the front door and jumps all over the staff. They’re all so nice to him, and it makes me, a very anxious doggo mum, feel confident that he’s having a great day while I’m at work. Special shoutout to Christa, Garrett, and Anna who really go above and beyond.
