Friendly staff, clean facilities, nice spaces for dogs and easy to book services on app.
We are very new to Dogtopia but everyone so far has been very kind and asked the most thoughtful questions as they get to know us and our dog. It is clear that her comfort and safety are top of mind for them. Much appreciated.
Intake was easy and the staff was caring and asked about my dogs and their needs. After passing the meet and greet my dogs stayed and played for a few hours which was nice. Looking forward to their next visit
I like that there are people at the front desk ready to service you.
Other dog services only work through the app and it isn’t as reassuring as talking to a human who is working at the facility that my dog is staying at.
