Very professional and caring staff. Always kind and treats my furbaby with the same respect that they give me. I also appreciate that I can view my furbaby on the camera and if I have questions or concerns I can call and have them answered. The staff also always follows any specific instructions that I may have regarding my dogs feeding or medication needs. They are dependable and reliable. I also enjoy the events that they have to offer that the Pups can take part in. As well as how clean and near they keep the facility. My pup always comes back to me happy and healthy.

Cleanliness and staff
What I like most is that someone is in the rooms w the dogs. I think that helps my dog very much. He follows the person around & I think that comforts him that someone is there.
Also yr staff is very polite & kind.
Dogtopia is the best! From the ability to watch your dog on video, to the fun extra events, I love sending my dog and he loves going. When we say “day care” or “Dogtopia” our guy perks right up and heads for the car. Great for socialization too.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful abs my dog always has the best time!
It’s important that my dog gets a short break from being over stimulated & I like how dogtopia addresses that. Also, I like that the staff is trained in animal CPR.
