employees appear knowledgeable about dogs and dog behavior
(like when I said in recent interactions with groups of dogs, my puppy (7 months old) was scared, with his tail between his legs, the employee (manager?) said she would first have him with an older female to kind of get him used to it before putting im with the group of dogs. He had no intro jitters at all. Well done.)
