The employees are very friendly and clearly love my dog!
Ask who is picking up the pet. What’s the point of a list of approved people for picking up my pet if no one asks.
It looks like it’s taking to much time to get the dogs outside to potty after lunch break. Dogs are using the play room as a bathroom then time is spent cleaning up and the dogs still haven’t been outside.
I wish I could see one more employee in the rooms with the dogs. one person does not seem like enough when the room is full.
Staff is very friendly each time I have been there. Love the enrichment options, the events calendar, and options for grooming.
The amazing staff helps keep my dog calm for a wonderful groom and then lets her play in the dog daycare!
