Employees are always friendly and upbeat whether on the phone or in person and when picking up our dog she is always happy that she played with all her friends at Dogtopia

I love being able to check in on my dog via webcam. Everyone is friendly, my dog enjoys the interaction with other dogs and he comes home tired. It’s a win-win!

Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. Always willing to accommodate. You can tell they just love all the dogs that are there. I love all the different calendar activities for the dogs if it is a special treat or fun activity that they have all are so creative and great interaction for the dogs

The staff are wonderful, I like getting emails on how my pup is doing when he stays overnight. I enjoy being able to see my pup during the day via their webcam. The vibe is welcoming, and I love how my puppy is tired from all the fun he did at dogtopia. I know he is cared for, and the facility is safe.

I love the photos, report cards and special events. I also love that staff redirect dogs to prevent the development of bad habits. My puppy loves going to day care and playing with her friends.

Friendly, caring employees. Activities for the dogs to keep them engaged.

Improve quality of webcams and feed stability.

Been a great experience so far. It would be nice to see the dogs getting some individual time outside maybe with a toy or ball as the weather improves. I realize that staffing wise, that could be difficult.
