Every person I have ever met there obviously loves all the dogs. While a bit pricier than the competition, they deliver quality for each dollar spent.
I love how excited my dog is when drop her off!
I like the personal attention to my dog, the very clean and friendly environment along with the rubberized surface that’s better for my dog’s joints. We only board our dog at Dogtopia because of the above.

I think a good job is done when she was there. It would be a 10 for me if I got a daily email with a photo and there was also less upselling (enrichment sessions, extra special food, toys, etc)
