The personal attention given to my furry baby.
Very accommodating when issues do happen. I feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in their hands. I can tell she’s adored at camp by the staff.
My pupper came for boarding for 2 nights. I was told that if I were sign in I should be able to see my pupper on cam. This was not the case, as I needed to do a meet and greet session. But I didn’t want to bother them, so I guess I’ll se up a meet and greet for next time. I like that even though my pupper stayed for 2 nights they offered and bath and nail trim service with it. That was awesome.
My little Paco stayed for 4 days and I was able to see him on camera and the staff also sent me pics daily. he was so happy when I picked him up and I know he had a great time.

All except Price escalation
Typically the experience is very positive. My dog came home with scratches on his side. I suppose keeping a closer watch if dogs are acting/playing aggressively.
Staff is awesome!
