We like you guys but we would love if you were more active on social media and did some themed days for the dogs. Stuff like halloween and back to school pictures just like Dogtopia of Yorktown NY does
My dog seemed happy & she looked good from grooming.

More staff for check in process at the busy morning rush or afternoon pick up.
Otherwise, I think my pup loves it there. He seems like he enjoys the time there. It’s comforting knowing theres cameras if I feel like checking in.
Long wait times to get checked in
Staff is very professional and friendly, as well as great with the dogs.
maybe try to make the drop off a bit quicker. Some days I wait in line up to 10 minutes. Rather than checking in each dog manually on the computer perhaps a print out sheet of who is enrolled so it’s quicker for the staff checking in to look there?
That is my only suggestion Charli loves playing there, she’s been there from the start!
