i like the staff, its clean, i love the webcam

My dog came for a meet and greet and the staff was so knowledgeable and friendly! They were patient in answering all my questions and truly made me feel like they wanted us there! The General Manager was fabulous! He assured me my top priority was my dog and the other dogs safety. It was run so thoroughly. I felt like the truly took into mine and my dog’s needs. I have taken my dog to other dogtopia locations but this facility went above and beyond. My dog had a blast playing and this anxious dog momma felt much more at ease. I highly recommend!

More people to quickly take the dogs into the rooms. At the busier times, there’s quite a long line inside and spilling outside.

While I was waiting in the lobby, I notice how they know their clients and the dogs names, it makes it more personable.

The staff are Friendly and courteous at all times. They love the puppies and are very affectionate to them. My puppy loves going there and enjoys her time there.

I think it is the best place I have ever been for my Service dog. They were kind, caring, and did a fantastic job. He was very clean and brushed well. The manager is an exceptional man – very kind, very caring and totally into helping the owner and dog. I am 83 years old and very opinionated. I will always go there and I have recommended it to others already. My dog was also relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind.
