I was disapointed that your groomers were unable to trim my dog’s nails as scheduled. The groomer said the dog was too squirish is do the nails and the nail trim was one of the most important reasons for the “Spa” apointment.
I’m sure he did not want his nails trimmed, but it needed to be done. My dog weighs 25 lbs. so was not a large dog.

Turn cameras on during the 12-2 rest. It feels fishy. I don’t think there’s anything to be “hidden,” but you hear horror stories and I’d feel more comfortable if cameras were on all day.

Staff is friendly and seems to really care for the dogs, there is a focus on cleanliness/hygiene, and booking online & checking in via the webcams is super easy!
