Staff was great, the facility is great and we felt confident leaving our dog here knowing she would be safe and happy with the were space, procedures, guidelines and cleanliness. Love the dog cam to check on her and the staff is easy to communicate with. Plus it is actually affordable which is huge for us.
An outdoor space would be nice. Also name tags on the employees! Everyone is so nice and it would be nice to know who I’m talking about instead of trying to describe them by their physical features. Thanks!
A little more consistency from day-to-day with staff who know my dog. Otherwise great.

Easy to book, friendly and attentive employees, and I am able to view my dog via webcam while I am away.

(1) Add option to edit appointments in the app or some kind of chat/messaging system to communicate expected changes.
(2) Make it more hygienic. Could benefit from more frequent deep cleaning. Could also be a ventilation issue.
