The convenience! The staff!
So friendly and loving towards our Boomer!!!

The staff was friendly and they seem to really love dogs.
While I was waiting in the lobby, I notice how they know their clients and the dogs names, it makes it more personable.
The staff are Friendly and courteous at all times. They love the puppies and are very affectionate to them. My puppy loves going there and enjoys her time there.
I think it is the best place I have ever been for my Service dog. They were kind, caring, and did a fantastic job. He was very clean and brushed well. The manager is an exceptional man – very kind, very caring and totally into helping the owner and dog. I am 83 years old and very opinionated. I will always go there and I have recommended it to others already. My dog was also relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind.

I like the great staff and the convenient location.
I immediately felt comfortable because I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. They introduced my dog to the pack correctly which also made him comfortable and it was a successful meet and greet!
