The staff is very friendly and attentive. Every time I come, I am greeted with a smile and I am quickly attended to.
Being able to see my dog on video during doggie daycare matters a lot to me. The people who work there really love animals – that is clear. Although my dog is a “velcro dog” who hates to let me even leave the room she is in she is also happy to see the intake person at Dogtopia and never seems distressed on her return – just tired.
The staff are exceptional: very friendly and accommodating, and they obviously are very involved with the dogs.
People are all really nice and the webcams were so fun to watch!

Our greyhound needs the interaction with other dogs. Since we only have one dog, it is hard to get time with other dogs. This is the first time we haven’t had 2 dogs, and we really notice the difference.
I love that you get a time slot and that he’s ready on schedule. Brin did a great job with Oscar who has terrible skin issues. He was so cute and fluffy, looking his best ever. He seemed to love her, too. She expressed appropriate concern about his skin and ears, which were infected, showing that she cared about him, and she did it in a nice way. We will definitely be back.
Dogtopia has been a blessing… The facility is always clean and the staff is amazing!
