Everyone was so welcoming!!!! We were nervous about leaving our baby but the way he was welcomed was such a relief!!!

The team is so good with the pups. They are truly the reason my dog loves it there. He goes for his human friends, the other dogs are just a bonus.

I love the staff!! Also I love the webcams! It’s so nice to see how much fun Boomer is having!

We scheduled pick up on the 4th of July but received a message that that was not possible so we had to pick up or dog on the 5th and pay and extra day.
Additionally our dog did not receive an exit bath due to the same issue.
This location needs more staffing to make sure they can provide the offer services

Answer the phone!! I have been calling my local Dogtopia for weeks and have gotten no response. Also the app seems to have a lot of bugs. I was able to request boarding but it was not approved until I called the store several times. With the new update the app didn’t let me select a date for boarding. If it’s a lack of staffing causing the issue with the phones then it feels scary to leave my pup their for any amount of time!

My dog (Riggins) has attended the Dedham, MA location for about 3 years on a 3-day enrollment plan. Riggins loves going to Dogtopia with genuine excitement to see the coaches there. If there is ever an issue with his health (stomach issues or other concerns), it is always extremely well explained on what happened and he is always taken great care of. The staff at that location is patient, kind and always willing to accommodate needs. My only feedback I would offer is that the pick-up and drop-off process can fluctuate from 2 – 15 minutes which makes planning a personal schedule can be challenging sometimes (I believe the staff does great, it seems as though the company process could be slightly quicker).

Other than that, it’s been a great experience so far

There are have been numerous occasions when there is a wait time at drop-off and pick-up. During these occasions in the morning there is a line out the door and there is only one person checking in and bringing the dogs in the back. It is becoming about a 10 minute wait time or more. At pick-up it is the same when there is a long line to pick-up dogs when there is only one person checking out and going to the back to get the dogs ready. I would recommend at high peak times in the morning and at pick up to have multiple people to check in and check out.
