I like the ease of working w/ the staff and how great they are w/ my pup. Whenever there has been an issue the team reaches out immediately and also follows up on how he’s doing and it genuinely feels like the staff cares about my dog. I like the ease of the website and love the webcam option to check on him when I am bored at work.
Sweet, kind, and welcoming. The facility is well maintained and clean even during play time!
