The people working there are great. I really feel like they care about my dog, Jack. They sent me a card when out 16-year old dog passed away. I’ve used the boarding, spa and daycares services and all are great.

My dog is always excited when we pull in the parking lot, racing to get out of the car. The staff is energetic and polite and always let me know if anything occurred during the day I should be aware of.

If it were possible to create additional space for small dogs with fewer allowed in one room, that would be great!

Accommodations were nice, staff pleasant and engaged with dogs.

Riggsy ..loves her time at Dogtopia!! The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable always give updates and photos through the day..it is such a good feeling knowing how well cared for she is!! They love her and she loves them ..she can’t wait to get to see all her friends each time ..Riggsy practically sprints out of the car when we get there!! It is our favorite place!! Everyone that I meet is so friendly and accommodating. It is obvious that they really care about the dogs, aways addressing them by name. I just recently started going to this facility and I could not be more pleased. I once needed help getting my dog in my car, and one of the staffers was quick to help. Also the hours that are available are very generous. I am very lucky to live only a few minutes away but I would travel a distance to bring my dog here.
