Transparency in terms of safety and cleanliness (webcams). The fact that my dog enjoys going into the facility and workers know her (and her name) even though she only comes about once a month. They clearly love dogs. The flexibility to bring her there only when we need to.
The staff is phenomenal, my dog has a great day every day!
Would love it if you could keep the cameras rolling during rest time. Also I quick recap of the dogs day, if they struggled with rest time in the crate or ate their treat, etc
