Friendly, caring, awesome staff!

Training of staff is of importance so all know procedures, etc. It seems that often times I got different answers to the same questions; lost paperwork, and delayed response (or none at all) from staff.

Everything! Everyone is so helpful and nice. They are so attentive to the dogs and make sure each of them have a good time while being safe.

My dog went through a couple doggy daycares – mostly because she’s an Aussie that used to rush the gate, loves to bark and also Velcros to the humans. I was nervous about going to another daycare that couldn’t handle her even though her behavior was non aggressive and she needed an outlet for her energy. Dogtopia immediately put me at ease, did a great intake day with her and has been her safe haven ever since. There’s not really any charge the door situations because of their arrival and departure kennel. She gets her own downtime at naptime and I can watch her on the cam (though I don’t feel like I have to anymore because she’s always doing AMAZING). Their employees are well trained and I even get her grooming done there while she’s at daycare. Thank you Dogtopia!!
