Not sure yet. I gave a score of 8 because my dog has only been there one time.
Reliable, easy to contact, they care about my dog and know him by name when we drop him off. They ensure that feeding instructions are followed. They give you a call if it’s close to pick up and you aren’t there to confirm if you might be need boarding services for the evening.
Staff are friendly, professional and the daycare is clean and well maintained!

I like that the rooms are kept clean and I can watch the webcam while I’m at work. I appreciate when handlers pay attention to stopping dogs from humping other dogs. I also like availability of spa services.
Staff has really been amazing and have such care and attention. They quickly have felt more like family and I leave my pet in their hands, fully trusting she will have a wonderful experience.

It’s clear that the folks who work at dogtopia really care about dogs. My doggy comes home exhausted from day care – which I love! He is high energy and needs an extra outlet for his energy. Dogtopia has 100% provided him with that, in a safe environment and with other cute pups.
