Absolutely everybody we have interacted with at Dogtopia North Worcester has been wonderful. They are kind, understanding, and clearly have the dogs’ best interests at heart. They take the time to know each dog and I have complete confidence bringing her every week. The facility is clean, communication is always quick, and every interaction is easy and pleasant from start to finish.

Everything!!! You take care of my boy Loki. you love and care for him like your own. Best is when he is boarded he still gets to see all his friends at daycare.
The people and the caring!
Staff was friendly and welcoming. They were so great with my dog and kept in mind any reactionary things that might occur with different dogs in the lobby and those were mitigated. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.
Costumer service and the facility
They were great with my dog and me as I was nervous dropping her off. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
