Dogtopia— the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services — is hiring a Growth and Client Manager for our McKinney TX location to be the first smile pet parents see and the calm, organized center of a busy, happy lobby.

If you’re upbeat, quick on your feet, love dogs, and like staying busy (without losing the details), you’ll fit right in. After successful completion of training, you may even be able to bring your dog to work. Not a bad perk.

**What you’ll do**

  • Convert lead calls and web inquiries into scheduled Meet & Greets (tours)
  • Run Meet & Greets that build trust and convert to enrollments
  • Follow up with leads who didn’t schedule; keep your pipeline moving
  • Help drive retention and frequency of daycare visits; support upsells (daycare, boarding, spa)
  • Practice the 3 S’s: Smile, Story, Satisfaction—deliver a premium experience every interaction
  • Respond to web inquiries quickly (within one business day) and manage basic website monitoring
  • Complete and review new client forms/registrations for accuracy and completeness
  • Support check-in/check-out as needed during busy windows
  • Lead by example in living our Dogtopia culture; coach teammates on service standards
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and handling call-outs as needed

  • % of leads converted to Meet & Greets
  • % of Meet & Greets converted to sales
  • Retention and visit frequency growth
  • Customer satisfaction and review ratings
  • Timely responses and strong attendance

  • Love dogs (required) and enjoy working with people all day
  • Have sales and customer service experience (hospitality/retail/service industry experience translates well)
  • Are proactive, organized, and move fast without dropping details
