If you’re upbeat, quick on your feet, love dogs, and like staying busy (without losing the details), you’ll fit right in. After successful completion of training, you may even be able to bring your dog to work. Not a bad perk.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

Front desk + pet parent experience

  • Greet everyone who comes in and out — pet parents, pups, delivery partners, everyone
  • Answer phones, emails, and questions with urgency and care
  • Help pet parents feel confident about our services, policies, and next steps
  • Support high review ratings by delivering great service every shift

Admin + accuracy

  • Data entry and registration support (fast + correct matters here)
  • Create and maintain Pet Parent Charts
  • Learn and explain Dogtopia retail items and add-ons

Safety + cleanliness (we take it seriously)

  • Help maintain our cleaning schedule and hold yourself (and teammates) to safety/cleaning standards
  • Assist with inventory for cleaning supplies, dog supplies, and first aid items
  • Proactively support behavior and action plans as directed to keep the environment safe for all dogs

Team culture

  • Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and ready for the next rush

You’re a great fit if you…

  • Have customer service experience (retail, hospitality, fitness, salon/spa, etc. all translate)
