Friendly environment and organized process
All the handlers are trained on dog behavior. They can foresee a situation before trouble begins.
DogTopia knows my breed and is very familiar with it. He’s not your normal mutt.
Each of the employees knows us by name and they truly enjoy their job.

We love Dogtopia and the staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable leaving your pet. The cameras are a added bonus.
The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly when I walked in unannounced for a tour. The reception area was bright and inviting, the kitchen was well-organized and clean. They have different play areas for different dog sizes, and the play areas were well equipped for fun activities, including assistants helping pet, take care of, monitor and clean up after their special “guests”.
Staff is very friendly, I’m able to check on my dog via the cameras during the day and he has fun with his Doggie playmates.
