Staff are great! Took great care of my pups

Very professional but I love the fun things ypu do for the dogs. Very clean & fresh smelling. Your staff are very friendly and accommodating. I feel like my dogs are in a safe place.

I love the people that work there, they know exactly what my dog needs and always communicate with me if something arises.

I would like to know the groomer’s name so that I can request him/her in the future. I am very much pleased with the spa service Shiloh received.

I have been utilizing Dogtopia for some years now for both my dogs- day care, boarding & grooming. They take exceptional care of my pups and the staff is simply a delight to interact with. I really can’t speak highly enough about this location.

The staff is always so welcoming and loving to my dog. He has high anxiety in many cases and its so refreshing to see how happy he is to be dropped off!

Friendly service, staff treats our dogs like their own; love the video cameras to monitor our dogs having a good time.

Convenient hours, friendly staff, being able to watch the webcams, Miss Oliver loves to go in and play with friends, like the calendar for the month with all the special celebrations and treats!!

We love dogtopia! We love that they really are able to do it all for your pups. If you need grooming, boarding, training, or daycare! I love that there are convenient drop off and pick up times! Sasha has been going to the McKinney location for 6 years and we love the staff. She has been bathed/groomed, stayed the night/week, and you can really tell the staff cares about your animals. It always warms my heart when we walk in and they know Sasha by name! I also love that they have an outdoor area for them now and put pools outside + there is a theme day almost every day so it’s very fun for the dogs! I also love that they allow time for the dogs to nap/rest during the day. They have a wonderful app that has webcams where you can always check in on the dogs too for peace of mind!
