Outside time
The staff!!! I took Libby to another daycare because I could buy a package of visits, but every time I took her she would hide behind my legs. We come into Dogtopia & the difference is amazing…. She love the staff & being with them. Dogtopia Mechanicsburg has the most loving staff & we, Libby & I appreciate each of them!!!
Daycare is wonderful! Staff is always friendly, attentive and helpful! My dog is happy there and tired when he comes home after playtime with friends.

Our mini schnauzer gets so excited when we pull in to the parking lot at Dogtopia! She’s greeted each morning with a smile and a very enthusiastic, “good morning, Stella!” She doesn’t even look back at me; instead, her little nub of a tail wags back and forth so fast that I worry it’s going to wiggle off! I peek in on her during the day and love seeing her get sweet pets from the staff members or engaged in play with one of her many bestest friends. The crafts the staff does with our pets are so sweet and fun—-and the healthy snacks are always a pleasant treat for our Stella. I also enjoy being able to send and receive texts from the staff during the day if I forget to ask for a nail trim or bath for her—or if they want to
comfirm that she can have the special treat that day. When we pick her up at the end of the day, she is happy to see us because she knows that she can go home and rest up for another day of fun at Dogtopia. The staff loves what they do and I feel so comfortable leaving Stella with them. And let’s face it, a doting pet parent can often be hard to please. Somehow Dogtopia has the right formula in place to keep our pets and their humans happy. Thanks Dogtopia of Mechanicsburg!!
Friendly, caring staff.
My dog has always been very skittish about getting her nails trimmed. Dogtopia takes the time to work with her anxieties and avoid turning her off to future trims. She has come a long way. I especially appreciated their suggestions for homework on my part to desensitize her to handling of her feet. She now comes into her appointment with her tail wagging (instead of between her legs).
