Friendly workers and they explained expectations and procedures.

They are awesome with the dogs and very respectful of their owners. They do a great job all the time.

We would absolutely recommend the Midlothian location of Dogtopia to anyone (and we have). Our pup is very unsure in new situations and a lot of times she completely shuts down or freaks out – but she loves other dogs. So, we decided to try doggie daycare for her. The first few times we had to carry her in and she chose not to really participate, but everyone at Dogtopia was so kind and patient with her. Now, we cannot open our car door fast enough for her when we pull into the parking lot. She absolutely has been thriving since going there. She loves getting to see her friends, and we always feel confident leaving her there because we can see how much she loves it and how safe she feels – and when you have a shy and not confident dog, this means everything. We never have to worry about her when we drop her off.

Our dog loves his visits!

Your service is great, except for who ever called me and to tell me my dogs shots were over due. She called the wrong vet on file and then basically accused me of lying. She was very rude. Also, I used to get a report card detailing my dog’s visit. The last few times I have received nothing.

Great team of caring professionals that remembered my dog name after only one day. This is a first rate team, and the only one I would leave our furry family member.

The staff knows my dog and his personality. They are always patient and helpful when I have questions, and my dog loves going to Dogtopia!

I am always pleased with Dogtopia’s service. I’m glad they finally started taking one dog at a time during check in. I always felt like it was an accident waiting to happen
