The cameras in the rooms and the attentiveness of the staff. Bean always come home happy.
The staff is great with our dog, and he loves going there!
Dogtopia became our new boarding for our little princess. The staff was great, super friendly and caring. Our princess was well cared for bathed and beautiful when we picked her up.
Dogtopia is the BEST place ever to leave my dog (Dooley) either for the day or overnight. They are very reliable, wonderful with Dooley. Border Collies are high energy dogs, and this is great for Dooley. It is almost like a therapy for him. I enjoy knowing i can log in and see him on the Webcams. Great place, clean, and a safe place for dogs.

The love and care of all the employees, especially long term employees like Grandon, who are dedicated to the care of each dog.
Everything was nice, but the pricing was a little over my budget. But I will keep them in mind for future use.
1. The cost. We usually opt for another place that’s cheaper, even though it’s a longer drive.
2. My dog always smells like pee when we pick him up, even with a wipe down. This doesn’t happen at his other day care.
Other than that, we do like it here and there’s one young man who always knows our dog by name and that personal touch is really great! We also love that we can drop off any time and have never had an issue with the facility being overbooked.
I personally think there are way too many large dogs in the beach, which should be reserved for dogs smaller then golden doodles in my opinion. That room is a bit over crowded compared to the other two rooms which frightens my little guy but I’m still trying to get him used to it. The staff is incredible tho, very friendly.
The staff is amazing! Always happy to be there and see our pups. They know them by name and love on as much as we do. All of the staff is wonderful, but Grandon certainly stands out. I have told my husband that I want to leave the dogs with him in our will, if anything were to happen to us.
Aside from the exceptional staff, the facility is clean and the spa services are convenient. One of our dogs is very anxious getting his nails trimmed, but after a day of play he’s often worn out enough to let them do it.
I cannot recommend Dogtopia Midlothian enough!
