Everyone is lovely to my dog and she really enjoys going. I was watching the camera one day and my dog wanted to rest and isolate from the other dogs, so she started walking towards the crates and turned around half way and looked at the handler, who instantly understood her and walked all the way to her and opened the crate for her to rest. That level of care and understanding of canine behavior is one of the reasons I am happy to bring her for daycare and boarding.
We were unsatisfied with Rosie’s stay. She had not had her nails properly cut as requested and she was wet and dirty when we picked her up.
When we contacted the owner who quickly asked what he could do to satisfy us.
Great customer service; listening to us, the client, and making sure we were happy.
Thank you. Rosie will be back next week.
The staff friendly and they love the animals…you can tell when a dog gets to the facility they are animal lovers❤️🥰They treat every dog with the same caring and enthusiasm ❤️… great job !! The activities for the dogs… definitely 10 out 10. I recommend Dogtopia!!! I can leave my dog and I feel a piece of mind that Theo is in good hands ❤️
More interaction with the dogs for structure and exercise.
Close to home and the caregivers are loving
Everyone at Dogtopia is amazing to interact with. From check-in to pick-up, the way they greet my dog before taking him in back, and how they give me a report card every time, so I know how he did during the day. I recently had a concern about my dog, and they were right there reviewing the situation and calling me to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I also love their philanthropy, and the special days to give the dogs a little extra fun. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone and everyone.
The staff is great. The place is very clean. I like tgat there is an outdoor area.
