Brought my dog in for just a bath and ear cleaning. He’s not a fan of baths at all( 100lb baby). The whole staff were very friendly and understanding. He left smelling amazing and cut down on his shedding!

I love the team of caring, sweet people working with the pups. I have extreme anxiety when dropping my dog off. Having the ladies at the front desk work together to calm my nerves while welcoming and making my pet comfortable is so helpful. Being able to watch my dog on the camera and see the interaction of the staff petting, paying attention to the dogs needs and separating them when they see the need helps calm my anxiety and I know my baby is good hands.
The staff were very welcoming and courteous! My dog was nervous at first, but opened up. The facility is clean and convenient!
