The staff is very friendly and welcoming and listened to my concerns about placing our older dog at Dogtopia for daycare. I would have appreciated a more detailed discussion about how she reacted to her first day. I did respond to a welcome email about my concerns but realize it was probably automated. The facility does appeared to be clean and well staffed.
I can only imagine how much hair came out of Gus and Rellie. They came home smelling, feeling, and looking so much better.
Your staff is amazing! My dog, Daisy, can be extremely timid and nervous around dogs/new places. Both your staff at the front desk and in the back have made Daisy feel so comfortable and loved. Thank you!

It is a great way to socialize my pet and give them an outlet to play with other dogs.
