Convenient with the app and love the WebCams

Staff are very friendly and get to know you and your dog. I love being able to watch the webcams too! Staff will usually text me a picture of my dog throughout the day as well which is so sweet! I love that they are giving her attention and being intentional about updating me throughout the day! They are very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. The spa services that I’ve used have been great as well. The last bath she got she was filthy because she had rolled in the mud and I asked them to bathe her because I had a sprained wrist and couldn’t do it myself. They spent so much time getting her cleaned and brushed out she looked like a new dog!!
