Dogtopia Golden Valley is our Doodle Charlie’s favorite place to play with his dog friends. He gets excited and starts vocalizing a block away! Recently, i encountered a severe traffic issue on my way to pick up Charlie at closing time and called Dogtopia to let them know i was blocked in behind a car crash that was clearing. The person at the front desk immediately volunteered to stay and wait for me (without charge).Although I tipped her upon arrival, I was so impressed. Dogtopia people love our dogs and definitely go the extra mile for their humans, too!

People have been great so far. And my dog seems very happy.

My dogs are always so excited when we arrive at Dogtopia. I know they have a great time, and come home happy and worn out from playing. I like to board them at Dogtopia knowing they spend their days out with other dogs and not just in kennels all day. They love all the attention they get all day long.

The front desk is friendly and able to handle most questions. If I have an issue with the app, and it is within service hours, I can call and if they’re too busy to answer the phone at the time, they’ll call back in a timely manner to handle the issue.

Everyone is always helpful, and kind to my dog!:)
