We love being able to drop our dogs off and to know they’re in caring hands! Oftentimes when we pick them up they smell like pee, which is not ideal. It’s also a little on the expensive side and it would be nice if there was a better discount for buying a bunch of session up front.
Great customer service! Everyone was so sweet to my pup. Very excited for him to have a safe fun daycare nearby.

Friendly staff; care about dogs; individualized attention
Often times the camera streams did not work. Either the cameras would be offline or there would be an extreme lag in the stream. This impacted our ability to check in and see how our pup was doing.
When we round the corner, my dog drags me to dogtopia he gets so excited! The staff are very friendly and my dog always comes home tired.

We love Dogtopia and our dog loves going! Our only frustration is how long he is sometimes crated after exhibiting a behavior the supervisors deem inappropriate: 45 minutes in the crate as punishment is far, far too long for puppies, especially when they’re forced to watch the other dogs play. We notice this typically happens when Dogtopia is short-staffed, particularly on the weekends, and have only one room open for all dogs. Because of this we avoid taking our dog on the weekends which is frustrating to have to write off such a valuable resource.
I like the attentiveness that the staff gives to my dogs needs plus the ability to check in on my pup throughout the day with the webcam
People are very nice. The dogs seem happy to be there.
