Fantastic staff and facilities!

A little better price.

In our early/brief experience, we were so appreciative of the customer service. We took our young pup there for a meet + greet, and while we were a bit apprehensive, I felt like Kat was reassuring, transparent, and communicative. Despite some early shyness in the large group, it all ended up going really well and I was set at ease when our dog was clearly still interested in playing when it came time to pick him up.

When we did our first day of boarding, we were running late after being stuck in a traffic jam from hell and the staff was so nice about it, allowing us to pick up our dog late. It made an overall stressful situation a lot lighter and we were so thankful.

We booked an appointment on Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Oct 14 at 7:30am till 6:30pm. That was approved. When we arrived in the morning and saw a sign saying that you’ll be opening at 9am. We had no other option given that we couldn’t make last minute arrangements with someone/somewhere else. Luckily Anaya showed up and was very kind to allow Chonk in. We’re very grateful to her. In the future, it’d be ideal that appointments are rejected if you’d be closed during that time. Thanks.

We love the people who work there and the care they give our dog.

Friendly, accommodating, trustworthy

I was very impressed by the communication and support from Mackenzie Simon. She made the process of getting our dogs registered fun and relaxing. I appreciate that the dogs take breaks in crates throughout the day and when boarding overnight. The entire vibe was great, and I’m excited for my dogs to play and stay there.

Extremely friendly and very professional, knowledgeable.

You also provide exceptional care of Cali. I know that she is in safe hands when I board her at Dogtopia. Having the ability to check Webcam provides additional comfort, as I can see how she is interacting with staff and other dogs.
